WRESTLER'S CODE
1) Do your sport selflessly and with absolute devotion.
2) Only persistence and systematic training help you become a winner.
3) Don't talk about belt wrestling until you learn wrestling and its rules.
4) Try to learn as much as possible about your opponents and their wrestling style in advance.
5) Avoid monotony, act taking into account the opponent's characteristics.
6) Don't be afraid of your opponent, boldly go to the reception.
7) Be calm and restrained, don't get nervous when you lose.
8) On and off the mat, behave like an athlete, a gentleman and a person of society.
9) Always strive for victory, don't be shy in front of a famous person - this constrains, deprives you of initiative. Remember that until the last second your opponent has not yet won.
10) In any case, respect your opponent, whoever he is, but try with all your might to defeat him in battle.
11) No matter how the fight goes for you, fight to the end. History knows many examples when purposeful and strong-willed wrestlers snatched victory in the last seconds.
12) It is better to calmly accept defeat than to take advantage of an unfair victory.
13) Remember, you are a representative of one of the courageous sports, learn to win with honor, and lose with dignity.
14) Always be noble and well-mannered. No matter how offensive the loss is, do not forget to shake hands with your opponent and congratulate him on his victory, and thank the judges for their judging.
15) Take care, respect and protect your name, the flag of your country and the prestige of your coach.
